I have lived in Miami, FL for 20 years and during this time I have had so many failed attempts at trying to watch my favourite British TV shows that I eventually gave up.
When I was introduced to My TV Abroad, obviously I was very skeptical. I had several questions that were answered promptly by Antony, whom I must say never lost his patience with me. I finally made the decision to go ahead and purchase the set-top box approximately two months ago and I have to say I am 100% overjoyed that I did so.
I received my box within 2 days (from the UK) and there was an issue with setting it up, once again Antony came to the rescue and a decision was made to promptly ship me a new set-top box. Since receiving the new box I have been enjoying British TV non-stop and I am ecstatic. It is more than I expected and I would recommend, it is a must for anyone who loves British TV!

Box received here in San Francisco today, only 3 days via DHL from the UK. Unbelievably rapid. The promised stations were up & running within 7 minutes of commencing the installation! It does all that you said it would do, 100%.

Clarity, sound, speed, quality – all A1!

Having subscribed to an alternative provider some 18 months ago and attempting unsuccessfully, off and on, to connect since I experienced;

a) Using UK & US Technicians for 4 hours, at $80 + ph.
b) Spending some 8 hrs. of my time.
c) Having 50 + email correspondences with the providers.

Unlike yourselves, their procedures precluded telephone or mail contact.

With them the total cost to myself was over $700! Resulting in still no connection and have now cancelled!

I can’t speak highly enough of your product & service.


I have been living in Gran Canaria for over 25 years and have had the majority of different tv satellite systems etc. However, in October 2012 I changed to My TV Abroad and I am absolutely thrilled with it!! Leading such a busy life, the ‘catch up’ facility has been wonderful for catching up at the weekend on the soaps, series etc, that I usually miss in the week!

The whole service is fantastic, the picture, sound quality, channels, support service etc., are all second to none. So many of my friends have in the last paid out a lot of money for dishes and now everything has been moved off of the footprint, resulting in them losing all their favourite UK Channels.

I would recommend this service to everybody, at more or less 1€ per day, it is money well spent!!

My previous attempts to watch UK television via apps or VPNs here in Germany, always ended in a huge disappointment. The video and sound quality was pathetic and the constant buffering was annoying. When I discovered My TV Abroad on the internet, I found their promises almost too good to be true. I gave it a try and I didn’t regret it a for a single minute.

My TV Abroad’s video and sound quality is crystal clear and I can comfortably watch it on my 47” TV, instead of sitting at my poky computer screen. The choice of TV channels is absolutely overwhelming. It is proper television and I can’t praise it enough.

When it comes to customer service, the My TV Abroad staff is second to none. My enquiries were dealt with immediately and in a very friendly way. I am an My TV Abroad customer for almost a year now. I only wish, I had discovered them earlier.

I spent some considerable time in researching the availability of UK TV in Europe so that I could watch programs which I watched in Australia.
After six months with another supplier of IP TV, I finally ditched them, the service was woeful, the system was full of software bugs and the quality was poor.

The quality of the broadcast and the range of channels offered by My TV Abroad is excellent value for money and their staff have always been very helpful and prompt in replying to questions. The U.S. channels are an added bonus.

Their support is first class, and what I regard as paramount importance in terms of consumer service, you can actually speak to someone at the end of the phone, who is part of My TV Abroad and they actually know what they are talking about.

The My TV Abroad service is the next best thing to being actually in the UK, and I can unreservedly recommend My TV Abroad for those who want to watch their favourite English language comedies, dramas, news and films.
